Feedback from ATMC customers and our client support teams has indicated that, many of our customers have expressed concerns that our existing webmail platform does not meet their expectations. As a result, we are upgrading your atmc.net email and webmail system. The process of transition to the new webmail platform will take place in March and will bring users a more modern and easy-to-use interface.
We are upgrading to bring you improved technology and better service. The new webmail platform is the most advanced web interface on the market today and is chock full of options and customization capabilities.
  • Send and receive email from any computer or device, including smartphones and tablets.
  • A more intuitive, user friendly web interface.
  • Faster download speeds.
  • More storage than our existing webmail service! The capacity will more than triple increasing from 3 GB to 10 GB of storage.
  • You will keep your atmc.net email address.
  • Your password will remain the same.
  • The way you access your email will stay the same.
  • Email stored in your webmail account will be copied to the new webmail platform.
  • ATMC will move all of your current webmail to your new mailbox.
  • Webmail folders, contacts, and drafts will all be brought into the new webmail platform automatically.
The transition to the new webmail platform will take place on March 8th at 9 PM. You should continue using your email as normal, and you should not experience any interruption in service during this time. This transition should be seamless for you and your messages and contacts will not be lost.
There is no cost to you for this upgrade.
No, your email address will stay the same.
No. Anything currently in your webmail will remain exactly where it is. Messages in webmail will be transferred automatically.
Yes. Any contacts that are present in your webmail will be moved over for you. Those saved in your computer will remain exactly where they are. Please note that changes made on March 8th may not be captured in the new email platform. Please try to avoid creating or modifying contacts on that date.
Yes! The new webmail platform is optimized for cell phone and tablet access and will automatically fit to the screen size of your device. You will be able to send, check, and receive emails from almost any smartphone or tablet.
No. You will not have to update your email client web browser to use the new webmail platform. Do not attempt to adjust your web browser. If adjustments are needed we will contact you.
Nothing! You can expect any information and additional details regarding the change to be communicated to you via email over the next few weeks. Please read this information carefully to ensure a smooth transition.
Mail automatically uses the correct settings for many email services.

However, if your email client asks you to enter email settings manually, you may need to get the account type, mail server address, and other details listed below. As a reminder, you will not need to make any changes at this time.

ATMC has improved the security and resiliency of our email offering. An update to your email software settings is now required so that it uses the full email address when it logs into our email server. This change is made in the general "settings" of your email software and will need to be updated on each device using email software such as your phone or tablet.
