Please call our Customer Service Center at 910.754.4311 to register a username and password that will allow access to our secure site. Center hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. You may also register in person at our ATMC full service locations in Shallotte and Sunset Beach or any ATMC Wireless retail store, located in Shallotte, Sunset Beach, Southport and Leland.

Online Services
e-bill:
Save $1.00 each month when you sign up to review your monthly statement online and discontinue receiving a mailed bill statement. You will receive an email notification when your bill is ready to review. Call 910.754.4311 to sign up. (Monthly $1.00 discount is not available with Go Blue Bundles)Review Equipment & Services:
- You will find a list of equipment & services for each ATMC or ATMC Wireless service for which you are a subscriber.
Review Your Bill Statements and Toll Calls:
- Review your current or previous bill statements.
- Review your toll calls, download and print records in PDF or Excel formats.
Make a Payment:
- Online Payment - Pay your bill using MasterCard, Visa, Discover or a Check drawn on your checking or savings account.
- Automatic Credit/Debit Card Payment - Recurring monthly charge to your MasterCard, Visa, Discover at approximately the same time each month. To make changes to your credit card information or discontinue using this payment option, click on the "Account Settings" tab.
- Automatic Bank Draft - Recurring monthly draft from your savings or checking account.
To sign up for this service, call 910-755-1645 or download and complete the Authorization Agreement for Prearranged Payments form. Mail with a voided check to our Billing Department at PO Box 3198, Shallotte, NC 28459:
Manage Your Account:
- Make changes to your account information settings, passwords and credit card information.
Manage your ATMC Wireless Account:
- Check your wireless minutes using the Wireless Usage Meter located on the Equipment & Services page.
- Add, remove or edit your my10 Plan numbers. Note that only the numbers listed on your my10 list at the time your bill is processed will be covered by the my10 Plan.
