There are currently 3 positions available.
These positions are ongoing part time in nature (less than 1,000 hours per year) currently working various schedules as needed between 8am and 5pm Mondays through Fridays. Individuals filling these positions will be considered for Full Time employment with benefits as Full Time positions open which is usually measured in years not months. May be ideal opportunities for College students or Semi-Retired persons.
Part Time Customer Service Representatives is subject to work as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in either Call Center or Walk-In areas. Responsibilities include ability to meet with new and existing customers by telephone and /or face to face to explain in detail all ATMC services and products, promote and encourage sales of all ATMC services and products, perform credit checks by Internet of new members, process service orders for new and existing customers, handle billing issues such as toll charges, errors in billings, bill adjustments etc., and all other duties as deemed necessary by management.
Part Time Cashiers responsibilities include receiving cash, checks, and other tender from walk in customers in payment of bills and purchases, posts amounts to customer accounts and issues receipts as requested, searches records to verify accuracy of billing payments, may perform other records maintenance incidental to the receipt of payments, and all other duties deemed necessary by management.
Applicants should have a High School Degree or GED. A minimum of two-years of previous successful Customer Relations experience preferred.

The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for the Shallotte Retail Store's day to day operations including retail staff leadership & development, achieving store & budget objectives, and creating the IDEAL customer experience.
Retail Store Manager will be responsible to oversee store staff providing superior customer satisfaction in the effort to achieve store and budget objectives. Responsible for assuring retail staff assist new and existing customers with purchases of wireless equipment and services.
Candidates should posses a minimum of 1 year retail experience, minimum of 1 year customer service experience, experience in managing special projects and/or initiatives, and a minimum of 1 year experience in wireless communications preferred.
