Call ATMC at (910) 754-6400 during these times with questions and concerns about your security system:

Mon-Fri, 8am – 6pm to speak with a repair representative.
Mon-Fri after 6pm, or on weekends and holidays, please leave a message and the on-call technician will contact you as soon as possible.

On-site service call charges

If your security system is not covered by an ATMC Security Maintenance Agreement, charges may apply for service calls and repairs.
The rate is $35.00 per visit and $70.00 per hour.


ATMC Security Maintenance Agreement

Make sure all of your security components are maintained and working properly. For only $6.00 per month ATMC Security will maintain your system and provide parts and labor if maintenance is required*. This maintenance program is available to all eligible ATMC installed security systems. Call (910) 754-4311 for more information.

*Excludes any maintenance issues caused as a result of vandalism, misuse/abuse, lightning, fire or "Acts of God". Maintenance performed as a result of these and other reasons outside of normal use will incur service charges at the rate of $35.00 per visit and $70.00 per hour. Battery replacements are not covered by the maintenance agreement. Maintenance agreement applies during normal operating business hours of ATMC Security only. Other conditions and restrictions apply, ask a service representative for complete details.

To cancel a False Alarm or when you need to place your system in test mode for the purpose of testing your system or changing the battery, call the Monitoring Station (Security Central) 24 hours a day / 7 days a week at 1-800-560-1085. You will be asked to provide your Name and Password (located on your Security Monitoring Service Agreement contract inside your ATMC folder).
